Scarlett Heinbuch met her twin flame in the Near-Death Experience (NDE) space where you choose between returning to earthly life or transitioning into the next world.
They communed. They learned about each other without speech. As his body hovered near death, through Scarlett’s healing work and the help of an otherworldly healing team, he recovered. Then they had to get to know each other!

Scarlett L. Heinbuch has worked in the financial services field for more than 20 years and is internationally known in the area of women’s financial health and social norms theory. Scarlett had a childhood Near-Death Experience (NDE) from drowning in which she was out of her body and felt the love and awareness of the universe.
Scarlett holds a PhD in public policy and administration from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and a master’s degree in public health (MPH) from VCU’s School of Medicine.
